Reviews and Ratings <br />
This hotel has potential but unfortunately has several issues that could use attention. While the lobby and restaurant staff were pleasant and welcoming, my room experience was not as positive. The noise from the nearby club was disruptive, and various maintenance problems made my stay less comfortable. Overall, it's a mid-range option, but I'd recommend looking closely at the details before booking.
The hotel has a beautiful lobby with stunning sculptures, but the rooms leave much to be desired, with noticeable wear and tear and unpleasant odors. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was a highlight of my stay. While the overall experience had its ups and downs, the cleanliness and condition of the rooms were concerning.
My stay at this hotel was quite a mix. On one hand, the hotel has a beautiful garden and the rooms were comfortable. However, the noise from the nearby club was a constant annoyance, and the maintenance of the amenities left something to be desired. The friendly staff in the restaurant certainly made my experience better, but overall, I felt there were several shortcomings that should be addressed.
I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel as part of my trip through Arusha. The setting was lovely, with a beautiful garden and well-maintained surroundings. The breakfast was delightful, although dinner didn't quite meet my expectations. While the Wi-Fi was available throughout, needing to re-sign-in multiple times was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a comfortable place, but there's room for improvement in some areas.
This hotel was a delightful surprise in Arusha! The warm welcome from the staff immediately set a positive tone for my stay, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The dining experience was fantastic, with delicious meals at reasonable prices. However, finding the hotel was a bit tricky as it's situated behind a petrol station, and the key card system could be improved.
